App State TV for presser

Reloaded 5 times, watched car commercial 5 times, can't get audio or video version... Have TWC Ultimate internet so that is not the problem.

Although it's a free event, I pay for App State TV and grow more and more impatient with it... Commercials sure play nicely...

I pay for App State TV too. What do I have to buy in order to watch on demand content on my phone or tablet? All I get is "you have no access to this content".

I added the GoApp iPad add to my wife's iPad in August. I have paid for AppStateTV since the Jump TV days. I can't get access on that device. I could see not letting me stream two places at once, but the iPad is not giving me anything.
