Re: No Such Thing as Bad Publicity
This weekend the Mountaineers host Liberty University in the Hey We're Winning A Game Oh Yeah This Is What Life Was Like In FCS So Why Did We Leave This Classic.

actually its not that bad but I'm sure there are some around that can't wait to say "I told you so" and are patting themselves on the back...

You sure seem to have a negative view of some ASU fans. Exactly whom would you specify as fans who would say "I told you so" and patting themselves on the back concerning the move from FCS to FBS (assuming you are referencing ASU fans)?appdaze wrote:This weekend the Mountaineers host Liberty University in the Hey We're Winning A Game Oh Yeah This Is What Life Was Like In FCS So Why Did We Leave This Classic.

The vocal minority that wanted us to stay and rambled off many a reason for staying in FCS, as well as the various other Socon fans who chimed in saying we were biting off more than we could chew and blah blah blah. All one would have to do is go back to all those FCS vs FBS threads from last year.

One thing is for sure: both the folks who didn't want to go fbs and the lovers of the move can't say anything about the coach and team (ie last year) to prove their point.

It is what it is, I hate to state it, but: we are the worst FBS team in the Nation. HorribleRankinApp wrote:Maybe not, but you'll want to be wearing one of these when the new one is posted.

Re: No Such Thing as Bad Publicity
That's pretty specific. Not. I don't recall many of those last year, but rather when the decision was being made a couple years ago. I know I shut up when I finally realized the shape of things in the SoCon and FCS in general if we stayed. And that was early on.appdaze wrote:NewApp wrote:You sure seem to have a negative view of some ASU fans. Pretty sure we'd be about the first to ever move back down. Realizing you were being sarcastic anyway.AppSt91 wrote:I'm thinking we'll move up again...or is it down.
