Troy game day thread

App looking pretty good so far. Special teams allowed a TD return, otherwise looks like we have a shot and playing much better today.

Bad clock management to end the first half. Had 1 minute 3 timeouts. Let clock run down. Took 1 last shot at TD with, fumbled, and Troy got tackled in endzone for safety.
Could have had 7, or 3, got 2 instead.

Clock management had nothing to do with that whacky play. I think Mcguire crossed the plane but with two bad camera angles we'll never know. Satt has called a great game on offense and the ball is bouncing our way for once. Gotta keep it up. Go Apps!

Much better decision making to end the half. Three throws to the goal line, blind official did not see the ball cross the stripe. At least we got 2 on mistake by Troy player trying to run ball and going into end zone. APP. - STATE!

Wit the way it ended up, clock management didn't really factor in, but had mcguire not fumbled, we would have had to burn our last timeout and take a fg try, whereas if we would have tried to get some passes to the sideline earlier, we would have had more chances to put it in the endzone.

Apps get the ball though at the start of the next half. If we can get a touchdown on this 1st drive it might be the stake in Troy's heart. Nut up Apps!!!

Looks to me like some coaching happened since last week. Imagine that.

We do need that TD to start the second half. We need to keep this momentum going.

Hoping that Liberty loss is the catalyst to this team playing respectable again. I hope we can keep the lead and momentum.

we look much more business like today. Upshaw, Cox, and our o-line are destroying Troy.

Defense has really stepped up today. And cox looks like his old self. Let's keep it up and get our 1st SB Conference win!!
