Re: Beat stAte
I have nothing constructive to add, but am posting here because I'm tired of the clusters on the apologies and Bobo threads.
Gonna be a really tough one, honestly probably no objective reason to expect App to win. But I am looking forward to seeing how we stack up against one of the Sun Belt's best.
Hopefully we take confidence from the recent wins and play aggressively and loose (which I think we will). Even a good performance might not be enough. But then again, hang around, stay close into the 4th, and maybe they make a mistake that opens the door for us.
Go App!

Re: Beat stAte
This is the statement game, Ark State has consistently been in the top of the SBC regardless of who their coach is. I fully expect a high scoring contest, since StAte has been susceptible to the big play. In turn our D has looked pretty good, although the competition will be a step up this week. If Woody can keep StAte under 30 we win. We will need to win the turnover battle, and run clock with the lead. I hope Cox has a big day, Go Mountaineers!
Oh and to add to the fun here, if we go 1 and 1 for these next two games I will be a Satt Monkey the rest of his tenure at App State, will never call for his head, support him even if we go to rock bottom again, and eat the biggest plate of crow served. Hell just b/c I am a nice guy I might even become friends with Saint and WV.
