SunBelt seeking another team...

I know there was talk about wanting to get to 12 teams to make a football championship game. I haven't heard anything lately other than speculation. Has anyone heard whether or not the SunBelt is still thinking about adding another team? If so, is there any talk of who they are thinking about?

Benson essentially said a month or so ago that they are in no hurry unless a Georgia Southern/App type team comes available from the FCS ranks. See JMU/Montana types.

Although if EKU puts forth a good run in the FCS playoffs they may have an outside shot if attendance is good.

There seems to be hope among some conferences that the NCAA will reduce the number of teams a conference must have to stage an end-of-season championship game. If that's the case, then the more apropos question is which school is the Sun Belt looking to lose? We might see that school on Saturday.
