ASU’s freshman receiver Sean Price made seven catches for a Paulson Stadium record 231 yards and a touchdown.
“We’re young and we’re coming together,” said Mountaineers coach Jerry Moore, whose squad knocked off No. 1 Georgia Southern for the second straight year. “A ball game like (this) really makes you.”
Moore even compared the victory with ASU’s stunning victory over Michigan in 2007.
