ESPN has AppState as a 21% Probability to Win Out

Our statistical power rankings are up significantly. ESPN matrix puts AppState at the 3rd most probable to win all of our remaining games at 21%. Boise State leads at 40% followed by Ohio State at 25% then AppState then Baylor at 15%.

Note the GaSo game is now over 66% likelihood that we win. Prior to ODU, it was in the 53% range.

I get the argument of not talking about winning games before they're played....if you're actually on the team. We're fans...on a message board. Without these conversations there's not much need for a msg board.

The all knowing four letter network, the mother ship.... if they are right then I will take it. That would mean being ranked and losing out to Memphis for a New Years Six Bowl. That may well happen.

Projected final record of either 9-3 or 10-2. Not bad at all.
The thing about these computer rankings early in the season is that the sample size is so small that they can change dramatically from week to week. But it's a nice data point.

It is awesome to see us so high statistically. That will lead to some talking head praise if this awesome group can continue on this upward trajectory. Go AppState!
