I am really surprised that those of us who preordered tickets by 11/30 aren't having tickets second day expressed out to us. Now I find out that I need to double check to see if my irrevocable order needs additional attention blows my mind. Well, there are worse things than this, like not getting a bowl bid...

Just went into Yosef account page and paid with credit card that I held tickets with on 11/14. Printed out my receipt so hopefully we will be OK.

Someone needs to call the ticket office tomorrow to make sure this step of hitting the pay button is necessary. Who knows, they may not be aware either.

I also logged in and noticed my ticket order was just sitting there and I hit the payment button and received an email confirmation for will call and the payment processed.

I saw the charge on my card but I called the ticket office to get tickets. I must tell you I am furious if I have to go to a Will call window to pick them up. We are driving down game day and I don't want another nightmare of waiting in line for an hour or better.

Ordered our 2 tickets on Monday got confirmation email yesterday 60$ charge to credit card and pick up will call Friday !

I would gladly pay a express mail charge to have my tickets in-hand before leaving and NOT having to wait in line and spending time I should be enjoying on this trip.

That's what I'll do is pick up Friday but I still believe express mail was the way to go... If they need help stuffing envelopes, I believe many would gladly help out.

I called the ticket office this morning to ask what to do about the pre-ordered tickets. I preordered in November and when I sign into my account the order says pending. The lady told me NOT to hit the green pay account button to pay for my tickets since it would cause confusion. She said the pre-ordered tickets would be processed in the next 2 days and I would receive an email then confirming my order. They are obviously swamped since I was on hold for over 10 minutes before someone answered the phone. Hope this helps.

I'm sure they will refund if charged twice but don't see how they could if the order has already been processed. Sorry if it causes them confusion but better instructions would have kept us from being confused.

Yes, I just got off the phone with the ticket office & was told they will start processing ticket orders this afternoon. She also said an email will go out soon with details about ticket pick up and related issues.

I did more than call, I only live an hour from Boone so I drove up this morning to ask them in person. I had them look my name up and make sure that I had 3 reserved and I do. I advised them that I had NEVER received an e-mail to let me know if they were confirmed. I was told that I would receive an e-mail letting me know what to do. I know that this is new to us but if this was a private business, this would be their last Christmas in business. People would go somewhere else. If it is like this at our next Bowl invite, a lot of people will buy from the Bowl and not the school.
