Opening Weekend

App to start 3 freshmen pitchers this week. Wouldn't have expected that.

Bauk is the closer so Mann-Fix will see plenty of time in center and possibly right.

That's a very young squad! Not likely to find much success this year but the future could be promising.

How many of those freshman are redshirt freshman?

All four starting pitchers are freshman???

Apps give up 5 in the first, trail 6-0 in the 3rd.

Edit: Now 15-0 in the 6th.

Fourth season under Jones, and this is a rebuilding year? When you rebuild usually there was something there prior.

No doubt the talent was there, not saying it wasn't. Anyway, fresh faces - new start, here's to success for the future. In the mean time, like some have said, it's going to be another long season.
