**WED UPDATE*** APP STATE / TENNESSEE WEATHER TREND

Unread post by WXAPP » Wed Aug 31, 2016 1:16 pm

Need to tweak the forecast a bit. With the expected influx of tropical moisture across the Southeast, starting to arrive, will need to extend, through the game, the chance for a shower or storm. Frankly, looks like we'll be busier on this side of the mountains than Knoxville side.

I don't see a washout, and I suspect, things will turn out dry, for the most part. But, pack a poncho.

---------------

3 PM - Partly cloudy, chance for a shower / storm - Mid 80s

6 PM - Partly cloudy, diminishing storm chance - Mid 80s

KICKOFF - Partly cloudy, chance for a departing shower / storm. lower 80s

HALFTIME - Mostly Clear to partly cloudy - Mid 70s

END OF GAME - Mostly Clear - Mid to lower 70s.

Safe travels you all!

GO MOUNTAINEERS!
