Leaving Cary by 4pm hopefully the wife will get off early so we can dip on out before then!! On a side note a friend of my father owns a large oil company and he said a gas line was broken between here (NC) and Texas and they're there will be a 2 week shortage so make sure y'all have plenty of gas and stay frosty!!

Heading out tomorrow morning at 6:45am from Oak Ridge. I'm retired, so I'm trying to stay busy around the house to keep the time moving. Can't stand this wait. I know that there will be no sleep for me tonight. I think it is real hard for us fans, I'd love to suit up and hit somebody. Be safe in travel. Go App!

Hole in the pipeline is in Alabama. I've known about it for a few days from a friend that delivers gas around NC. Just now seeing it on the news.

Places are jacking up prices already.

I'm jacked about the game, but on pins and needles about getting to the game on time. Picking up mother-in-law and some friends at 10:30 am Saturday just outside of Boone, then heading to stadium. Just concerned about traffic & getting to enjoy being up there, but feeling it may be tight on the timing!!!

Here's a tip, get up early and go run, get a thermometer and put it under a lamp, then show her the thermometer whilst still sweating from running however be curled up under a blanket with a trash can next to you, giving the appearance of being truly sick.

Who the hell schedules a wedding for Saturday at 12:00 during football season?

I have to work into the evening at ESPN, so I won't be able to leave from Charlotte till late late. I have a bedroom waiting for me at the cabin we rented. Just have to stay awake for the drive up. Can't wait for tomorrow.

App is hosting Miami. WTH other excuse do you need? Unless it's you'd son or daughter's wedding, man up and tell her she's on her own.

True Story. Last December my wife gets a call from her best friend that she is engaged. Friend went to ECU and could careless avout football. Calls my wife back in February and says is wanting to have a wedding in Sept. I start sweating bullets. Told my wife, who is the Matron of Honor, any weekend except the 17th. Lo and behold the 2 weekends the friend circles are the 10th and 17th. My wife told her the 10th is preferable, but knowing it was the home opener, said the 24th would be even better and given the wedding is in Greenville there is a better chance it may not be too hot. Worked like a charm. Wedding next weekend.... Now about that 4 o'clock time with a 3:30 kickoff... Hmmmm
