TD Armanti...Again!

Unread post by AppinATL » Sat Sep 24, 2016 9:09 pm

Armanti just made an incredible laid-out horizontal diving catch for a 41 yd TD pass for the Rough Riders against the Tiger Cats. Second catch of the game so far in the early going and Ed Gainey came up with another interception on the Ti-cat's first pass of the game.

7 catches for 88 yards and a touchdown for Armanti last night. He's come back from his injury at just the right time. The team is finally making a turnaround they are 3-10 but won both games he's played in and their stud receiver is out hurt so that's given him a big opening and he's making the most of it.

Ed Gainey is playing real well also .

That catch was unbelievable! It was weird to see him in green though, playing against the guys in black and gold!

AE had 7 catches for 88 yds. 12.6 yds./per catch and a long of 44 and a td. It is really good to see him have some success on the field.

2 games 145 yards 13 catches. The spike shows me that years of frustration are done. None of us are surprised that this man never quit. Roll on Armanti!!!!

I sensed that the spike was aimed at the Carolina Panthers.

THE MAN! Money is back!

We all need piss on John fox window stickers

Hopefully someday we can have a Armanti statue outside KBS and a Jerry Moore statue with him lifted up by players at Michigan statue.
KICK ASS!!!

In a perfect world, another team in the NFL would sign him. AE would do the same as he is doing now. Said team would play either the Panthers or whatever team Fox works for and Armanti would light them up.......in a perfect world.

Fox was an ass for sure but Armanti should never have been picked at 89 and should have headed straight to the CFL to prove his QB prowess. PLUS Armanti was clearly drafted by the wrong team. with his slight build at the time he was drafted and learning a new position(WR). He seemed a bit injury prone which doesnt help in the NFL.........

But im not focused on the past. He is becoming a darling in Riderville and that is great and he has a homeboy in Gainey there which is awesome.

Agree in large part. The biggest harm to Armanti was one being picked so high and second by the Panthers. If he went later and to the right team and a head coach that believed in him he may have made it. Circumstances would have had to be perfect and usually your not afforded that in NFL.
KICK ASS!!!
