Steve Wilks
Sounds like the Buffalo Bills have hired Panthers Defensive Coordinator Sean McDermott to be their head coach. Hopefully, and from the sounds of things, our own Steve Wilks is looking at the promotion to Defensive Coordinator. Hope he gets the position.

Wilks is almost a lock to get the promotion. The worst kept secret on that coaching staff is that Rivera wanted Wilks to be his DC when he was hired and the Chargers denied him.
