Just because some reporter makes a comment that we appear to be sitting and waiting, I'm not buying into that idea.

I don't think it is necessarily ASU that is sitting and waiting but rather the SBC. We don't control our own destiny here. We have to receive an invite. Of course, we have to accept that invite. Not necessarily a foregone conclusion.

I'm more concerned about us accepting an invitation than us getting one. I believe if we signal that we want a SBC invite it will come. I'm not convinced we want it.

IMO- The only way we turn down a Sunbelt invite is because we have a better one.

What if the Sun Belt loses WKU. Ark. st., and ULL, leaving GA St., Troy, USA, Texas St., ULM, and they add NMSU, GSU, App, and one Texas school? Is that really a good fit for us?

I wish the Belt could keep the 12 (10 for footbal) they have and add App and GSU.

Maybe not, but I would be first in line to hear the justification for being hell bent on staying FCS. If GSU goes and we stay it would be a tough pill to swallow.
