I don't remember seeing the ratings numbers posted for the week 1 match-up against UGA on ESPN.
App v UGA match-up on September 2nd garnered a .9 rating with 1.718 million viewers. Through 4 weeks, that makes the App v UGA game the 40th most watched to date.

Brand matters when considering recruiting and frankly even poll votes. The more people see us and hear about us, the better it is for our program.
I'd be curious to see the numbers for the App Wake game. Certainly would be down compared to the Georgia game, but given how many were in attendance, I'd be curious to see how many people watched from their couch. Especially in NC.

Re: Ratings
Unfortunately there is no viewership data for ESPN3 or at least none that I'm able to find. With the Wake game going down to the wire, I believe we would've been pleasantly surprised by the numbers. I would have really liked to see the ratings for the 2016 season opener against UTenn on the SEC Network but those numbers aren't reported either.ah59396 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 28, 2017 9:55 pmTo put that in perspective, the FCS National Championship the last 2 years has posted a .9

I'd imagine both of those games would have dwarfed the number of viewers for CUSA during the first 2 weeks. They had a grand total of 9k combined viewers for both games on beIN. (UAB v NT = 5K & Beth Cook v FAU = 4K)
