Not sure what paying a premium for a parking pass would be. I do know that a $250 Yosef donation gets a parking pass in the Liberry deck. If $250 at one throw is too high (I can certainly understand that having worn those shoes plenty of times myself!), you might consider next year splitting a $250 Yosef donation over the entire year ($20.84 per month) since that counts, too.
