My friends just finished a short term rental unit on King St across from the old Murphy’s above 828 Real Estate. It’s more for 2 friends or a couple and comes with in town parking space. New brewery will be opening in old Murphy’s spot by September/October. They did a great job with the space and there isn’t a better location. Only restriction is that you are not allowed to say Roll Neers.

We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. it is nice. I think I bumped my head looking at the photo's but very efficient use of space. Good luck with it.
