We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Favors
Just happened to think of this. Have I missed something? Either been to or watched every game on TV and Jordan Favors has either been out or his name just hasn’t been called on TV. What is up with this young man? Had a great game in Chapel Hill then not sure what has happened.
Good player.
Good player.

Re: Favors
He made big hit on 4th down to jar the ball loose on a would be first down. He has been playing. He is young and needs to understand his assignments, but has the talent to be successful

Re: Favors
Clark said on weekly show that he was part of changes to defense. As stated above, some missed assignments but still playing alot. He is very good on the run defense and commits to it full speed....but missing assignments in other situations. Clark said he has been open and positives about the changes...

Re: Favors
Was just thinking he had not been a big factor. I like him as a player and his future looks bright for him. Thanks!

Re: Favors
The defense , as explained to me , is to get our best players on the field .Unfortunately the best aren't run stuffing , pass rushing linemen .

Re: Favors
From what I saw and heard we have basically gone to a 3/3/4. Not sure if that because they think we have 4 db’s who can make a bigger impact than any 4 we have at linebacker. I can only guess that’s the case.

Re: Favors
I keep seeing one DB getting beat well over 50% of the time. Won't say his name or number, but he has given up a lot of 25+ catches. Hope he continues to learn and get better, if not, bring in someone who can.

Re: Favors
Change is not ideal mid season - however - it might be the only option to be successful. Might not be optimal - however it shows the recognition on the part of the coaches.
Also, thanks for the 3 3 4 and 3 3 5 clarification. I ran out of fingers!!

Re: Favors
I did notice last game that one LB didn't get much playing time at all. Not sure if he is hurt, but he was playing a lot of snaps. That might have been another change last week.

Re: Favors
Need to go to a 2/5/4 and rush 3 LB’s randomly each down so you don’t know where it’s coming from and you still have 6 back in coverage. Football version of havoc defense.

Re: Favors
When you’re last in Sun Belt in defense, I don’t think a change mid-season is going to make it worse. It might be equally as bad, but worse would take an effort.

Re: Favors
Adapt scheme to talent .Apparently took awhile to figure it out but looks like a positive step.
