Took him a long time to digest that cupcake but he did and he does respect what we’ve done.appstatealum wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2023 12:21 pmThe thing about he and App is that we've had this long ongoing "thing" with him and he absolutely is aware of it. I've heard him say so many things blatantly poking knowing we are listening. I think he enjoys it. I've also heard him say things suggesting he has high respect for our program.

As if I needed any more reminders of just how old and out of touch I am getting, I have no idea who this guest picker was or who the guy at JMU was either. I imagine they must have some level of celebrity but I have no idea who they are.

Theo Von is funny in context. His Podcast is solid and while he "has a shtick" as a backwoods idiot, he actually has some insightful content from the few things I've seen here and there.

Yep, I realized a good while ago I was getting older and wasn't cool, hip or on the trends. The last few weeks of guest pickers have left me feeling completely out of touch and like a dinosaur. Thing is, I don't care anymore. The "new stuff" sucks. Course the "new stuff" sucked for my parents too. lol

Why isn't the Belt Championship game played in a neutral indoor stadium? Seems like we have bad weather or the threat of it every year. I went to the first one in Boone and it was miserable.

It looks dry right now. Seems like Todd was on target with his forecast.

Nice opening defensive series for the good guys. They really got nothing outside that 10 yard pickup on 3rd down. Time for Joey dimes to light them up.

There’s the RB in the flat. Works well to get them in space.

That’s unfortunate. Just slipped out of his hand
