As many on this board would agree, App has recruited heavily QBs, linebackers and athletes the past few years but has neglected linemen, particularly on the offensive side. However, if I am not mistaken, this year's freshmen class appeared to be a start to address our deficit of linemen. Based on my observations, several players have been redshirted, which I strongly agree with for the majority of freshmen especially for the physical development of linemen.
Does anyone have information which players have been redshirted?

I don't have specific names for you, but I would say any freshman that has not seen the field this year is being RS. At this point these RS are a declaration of intent to not play them but that could change due to injuries. I don't see any other plausible reason to take a RS off of someone this year.
