Re: Hotels in Georgia
You won't find one this late unfortunately. I looked for hotels in April after the schedule was released and they were all booked. I got lucky and found a room at the Comfort Suites the day the reservation was canceled originally. You're best bet is to either look outside Athens or go through vrbo.com or airbnb.com

Re: Hotels in Georgia
The old joke comes to mind. Call and ask if they have a room available for that night. When they say they are booked upe, say what if the President was coming, would you have one? When they say yes we could work that out. Tell them that the President isn't coming, can I have his room?Appheel wrote:You won't find one this late unfortunately. Re: Hotels in Georgia
I was talking with Rick Beasley at the game Saturday. He said they chose the hotel where they did because anything close to Athens was too expensive. We're staying in Atlanta Friday night (not at Yosef hotel) and driving to Athens Saturday for the game.Snwbrdro wrote:Anyone have any suggestions for nice hotels near the stadium? The yosef hotel is about an hour outside of Athens. Trying to find a decent hotel closer to the stadium.
If serving is beneath you, then leading is beyond you.
