Everyone on this board (including me) would be well served to remember this quote when we want to second guess every move and decision our coaches make...on several levels.
We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

You have to have some predictability or you won’t have the ability to be unpredictable, in a paradoxical way. You have plays built off of other plays, whether those plays are successful or not. The goal is to not get too far behind the chains.T-Dog wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 10:55 pmIf we pass on first down and it's incomplete, 90% of the time we run on second down. And likewise, if a run is less than 3 yards on first down, then we throw a check down or deigned <10 yard pass on second down 90% of the time.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 5:26 pmAlso, please provide insight into our offense being predictable on certain plays
Even though App lost to Troy, App still scored quite a bit more points than Troy was averaging giving up. Game got away in the 4th with the turnovers. Both fumbles by Joey were probably impacted by 0.25 seconds and I, maybe alone, wasn’t as discouraged as I probably should’ve been.
App wasn’t supposed to be there in 2023 with all of the turnover yet the team found a way. A lot of talent is coming into maturity in 2024 and 2025.

Another great young coach leaving the mountain. That means we’re doing something right! Best of luck to Trey, will be following his career for sure and hope to see him back at some point. #TIGMA

Why not, great outcome after the 3-4 start and 2024 expectations for the coaches, players, and program will be to improve on an 9-5 season with the talent coming back.kornegaylw wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2024 1:29 pmCan we pin this to the website banner at on the homepage?!?!?!

With how we saw the development from last year, I’m expecting a hungry team that is going to win the SBC championship this year.Saint3333 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2024 1:54 pmWhy not, great outcome after the 3-4 start and 2024 expectations for the coaches, players, and program will be to improve on an 9-5 season with the talent coming back.kornegaylw wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2024 1:29 pmCan we pin this to the website banner at on the homepage?!?!?!

Well, I was sort of hoping we could pin your "chess vs. checkers" comment up instead.kornegaylw wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2024 1:29 pmCan we pin this to the website banner at on the homepage?!?!?!

Watch out class of 2042.... Caleb Spurlin and his wife are having identical twins sons! Imagine having Meech's twins and Spurlin's twins on the defensive line together.

Does anyone know if Clark has extended a scholly offer to all these kids. It can never be to early for the pipeline...Local restaurants in town offering NIL deals. Double decker sandwich offers.... let's get ahead of the process before other schools swarm in.

Maybe by the time the "Murlin" Line is haunting the dreams of SB QBs we'll know what Caleb said to that O Lineman to get ejected

What was said and what was heard were two different things. There's a reason neither player was suspended for any additional games.kornegaylw wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2024 9:24 amDO NOT!! get my hopes up

Caleb Spurlin is also an assistant wrestling coach at Davie County High School in Mocksville. The War Eagles just won the NCHSAA 4A Duel-Team State Wrestling Championship yesterday in Greensboro.
