I think it will be at capacity. All I am referencing is the amount of traffic on here of fans giving up tickets. If it weren't homecoming and the weather projected to be perfect. I would think nothing of it.

Life happens, things come up, get over it. Does each person who is selling their tickets need to give you a lifetime explanation of their reason? This site is gaining in viewership and people are beginning to see that if you have extra tickets for a game that they can no longer attend than this is a good place to advertise. It is by no means a sign of mass exodus. It doesn't matter if the weather is perfect, if life happens and people can't go than that is that. BUT just to make sure everything is kosher I will suggest to the admins that they create a way so that anyone who is going to sell tickets should be forced to post their reasons for doing so first then allow the board to vote on whether or not its a good enough reason. If it passes the board it then has to go to you for the final say. Problem solved. Democracy.

Yes. We will have a great turnout most likely. In the big scheme of things our fan base is no different than any other university.

Hey Cline (non season ticket holder), My wife had to go attend to some business for her 93 year old mother and our other guy just had his second grandchild come into the world this week and is going to see him. That's why I am selling 2. You are going?

This thread has really riled me up. I can't believe that someone who has admitted they do not buy season tickets, do not support the Yosef Club and has bragged in the past of just showing up and buying cheap tickets at the gate has the nerve to try to stir up trouble by starting a thread like this. Some of us have supported Yosef Club for years, purchased season tickets and supported the Apps on the road as well. Some of us drive 5 hours one way to attend games and have to pay for a hotel room as well. And btw, I am retired and on a fixed income but find a way to support Appalachian Athletics. So if by chance I can't make a game and try to sell or usually give my tickets and parking passes away I do get a little riled by having to read this. Maybe we are sick of hearing certain fans around us belittle the players and coaches after every play. I will continue to support my Apps this year and years to come but maybe some of us have very good reasons for leaving the game early or missing a game. There, I probably should have kept this to myself but sometimes I just need to blow off some steam. And btw, I will be there on Saturday proudly wearing my App gear.

Daze, I feel the same thing about the constant threads and comments about fans leaving the game early. I don't care what time they leave as long as they purchase a ticket. However, there have been literally barages of posts complaining about that.
Why the Hades do you have to twist my comments into hyperbole? Is it frustation with your job in law enforcement that causes you to over react. Get over it.
I simply posed a question about the amount of ticket traffic regarding home coming. No ulterior motive. I am thankful that many of these tickets will be used and put butts in the seats instead of going empty.

Who is it hat doesn't support Yosef? I certainly do to the best of my financial ability and ALWAYS have. And like you I am on a fixed income while raising an 8 year old who is of no blood relation to me. My family comes first, then my church, then the ASU Foundation, then Yosef.

The reason I don't buy season tickets is that I cannot afford them. I get better seats and meet new people almost every time I buy from individuals.

Yes I am going, I said that early in this thread. I don't care if it's Samford, Little Sammie, or Stanford :P , I am already in Boone, raring to go.

FYI, I have not knowingly b------ed about anything in this thread. I'm just expressing my disapointment in fan loyalty.

Thanks and I surely will. Not sure how many I will make as my 8 year old is on two swim teams and I made a commitment to support him as much as I can.

I wasn't calling out anybody. It was just an observation. It did bother me that many were saying they weren't coming because it was just little sammie. When going FBS was being debated, many on here said we would have big crowds even if we went through a period of mediocrity or worse. Some debated that.
You need to read all of my posts before you make remarks like that. Heck we had people who planned their weddings around ASU Fall football and I'm sure some may still do.
It's similar to the disgust many have expressed on here about fans leaving after half time. I always said that as long as they paid for their ticket, so be it. Many attacked those who said that.

Might want to be careful with that. Someone would say the group should move to a different spot. Someone would say we should stay in place. Some would say the coordinators of the hug can't coordinate. Some would say our old group hug coordinator was better. Someone would not like the lineup. Someone would blame the inside people in the hug. Some would blame the outside. And some would just stand around and complain, which might lead to a group fight instead of a hug. ;)
