We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

white out shirt
I think I'll pass on this one. Just kind of meh. I've got a few other white App shirts around.

Re: white out shirt
1982 helmet look. I'd like to see the 1979 helmet as a throwback.

I like the front without the lettering on the back. But not for a game. We wear black for games.

Re: white out shirt
I wonder how they got permission to use that logo, because I thought Mike Working trademarked that logo.

Appalachian did not do well in contests where the logo faded into the helmet instead of contrasting with the helmet, i.e. '19 Georgia Southern and '17 Wake Forest.
We need to see the logo...

Re: white out shirt
Assume the school paid what they needed to for the use on the shirts (and probably the upcoming helmets).AppWyo wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 3:17 pmI wonder how they got permission to use that logo, because I thought Mike Working trademarked that logo.

Re: white out shirt
App state Vanilla Cones?
App State Icing?
I know some probably like this logo, but I just can't get into it. It's in the team store on hoodies.

Re: white out shirt
Do you think we would actually do this for the helmet? A few fans have been vocal lately for a retro logo.

Re: white out shirt
I generally like the design. The words are kinda lame but I get it. I will pass as well on a white shirt but more so because I have a bad track record when eating.

Re: white out shirt
Seems plausible. Why else would you promote a white out with that logo and then use something else?ASUFan4863 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 5:57 pmDo you think we would actually do this for the helmet? A few fans have been vocal lately for a retro logo.

Mike Working was not working at Appalachian, that is why he only worked their three seasons:AppSt94 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 6:01 pmSeems plausible.
