I admire Dabo standing on principle. A man with a backbone is a rare breed nowadays. He is at the top tier and has a platform to stand on....he has made his money....he has won a Natty and been highly successful. Now with that said is it advisable? Probably not. In our shoes or at our level it definitely would not be because we have to do whatever it takes to survive. Saban I believe was tired of the new directions too.
I gotta disagree with you here. I don't think Dabo is standing on his principles, I think he's too stubborn to adapt or admit that he could be wrong. He refuses to admit that some players he has recruited aren't the best options. He's decided to sink his own ship instead of having hard conversations and replacing players who aren't up to standard. He doesn't have a backbone, he has a hard head, and it's going to cost him his career. He may feel better and think he did the right thing, but he will just be remembered as someone who couldn't keep up with the times.

Thought I would share these two threads. I fully agree with one comment they made. I was hoping for Clemson to beat UGA because they could overlook us. They are angry and have a chip on their shoulder so we better be ready.

TigerNet makes the cabin look tame. I’ve never seen so many horrible takes in my life.
Completely correct. We rip on each other here or be obnoxious trying to inject politics, but this board is Nothing like some of these schools. This really is a good board, and I think we are spoiled by it. Even the people on here who I've been back and forth with, I can guarantee if we ever crossed paths, we'd chat up a storm and go smack a catamount for old times. from everything I've seen over the years on other, especially bigger athletic programs, boards I don't think I could say the same.
You ever checked out TexAgs? That place is insane.
