Sounds to me like you are the shitty person. The liberty person has the ticket In their possession. The game was cancelled because of a hurricane that caused incredible destruction. I personally have not thought much about tickets since. I’m sure that person hasn’t either. Sounds like you are meddling in someone else’s business. I reached out to mountaineerman in DM to gauge his intent prior to posting in an open forum. His response was what prompted my post here. I’m sure that he wouldn’t want someone to do this to his kid. Go pound sound my man.

You are right. I heard one side of the story and then I reached out to get the other side.

I was thanked by GMan for refunding his money two weeks ago. He told me that his daughter bought from someone on here and they wouldn’t refund her. I asked who it was because I wanted to engage the person privately to see if there was an intention to provide a refund once they received one from the school, which seemed reasonable. The response that I received in PM indicated that the individual wasn’t interested in giving the person their money back since, “the school cancelled the game and he didn’t.”

I opened the thread to ask for folks to refund folks. I didn’t mention anyone by name at that time. Mountaineerman felt attacked and outed himself.

Stay in your lane man. The fact that you are defending someone that refuses to do the right thing and give someone their money tells me all I need to know.

What do I need to apologize for? I didn’t call you a shitty person. I said that “anyone” that would not refund a secondary market purchase is a shitty person. I didn’t target anyone in particular with my initial response. Like I said, I reached out to you privately and you gave no indication that you were going to refund the money and at no time did you correct me in the PM that you had actually done so.

You can however apologize for insulting the individual when they weren't the one that didn't return the money.

Those two actions are not mutually exclusive. Swallow your pride and do the right thing.
