Great way to end FCS!

I've yet to go to a game at GSU. So, I don't have that experience, but the worst experience I ever had with opposing fans was at JMU in 2008, and it's not close.

My worst was Chatty in 2010. I saw old men drunkenly pick fights with young App students and had to chase some kid down that grabbed the App flag out of my hand and tried to take off with it as we were leaving. Those people are the scum of the earth.

Yes that was an experience wasn't it. I have also talked to a lot of people who would not go back there. I would go back as it was all verbal unlike GS, but it did surprise me at JMU.

1. Michigan (it's easy to be gracious before the game. They were gracious after it.
tie, Montana (they wrote the book on hospitality)
3. Georgia (not terribly welcoming at first, but that changed as the day went on)
4. East Carolina (extremely nice folks, contrary to past reputation)
5. Any opponent in Chattanooga, especially Delaware (yeah, I know, some of you have a bad experience with Hens fans. We didn't. They were great to us.)

Why is there so much hatred for WCU? - I mean, I could understand the anger/hatred Western could have for APP because they are looked down on and have been whopped on the football field for so long but I just don't understand the animosity some of you have - not saying it isn't warranted on some individual basis ---

My wife and I had a good time at JMU 2008 except for the score of course. Pre-game many of us were standing at the gate having nice conversation.

The only thing I did not care for was one particular member of the JMU band (I had endzone seats) that kept going on before the game about this being "their game." But he was not rude, just irritating in his enthusiasm. Also any campus that has a railroad track just outside of their football stadium gets a bit of a pass from the opposing fans from this railfan.

Can't blame you for trying to forget that debacle, but we at least sent some guys out on to the field against the Hokies a few years ago, though I wouldn't exactly call it "playing".

NC State is pretty bad. After the game, some little punk gave me a shoulder check as I was walking by. When I instantly retaliated and pushed him out of the way, he started to come after me but his buddy stopped him.
