Sean Connery did the welcoming to The Rock in the last several games this year as well.
If serving is beneath you, then leading is beyond you.

I think it's great, and I was surprised to hear the uproar about an alum saying "Welcome to The Rock" instead of a Scottish actor that thinks football requires "no hands." But, that was just me. I mean, I'm good either way, just wish football season wasn't so far away!Maddog1956 wrote:I don't remember getting this kind of positive coverage for Sean Connery saying "Welcome to the Rock!

I have nothing against the Connery intro, but I just thought this shows what is impressive to others.ASUMountaineer wrote:I think it's great, and I was surprised to hear the uproar about an alum saying "Welcome to The Rock" instead of a Scottish actor that thinks football requires "no hands." Also it's a "tip of the hat" to the people that put the whole video package together. Especially with us entering the FBS I think it will say a lot more about who we are than a YouTube video clip from a movie that had nothing to do with us.
