Is there any way to prevent the audio commercial when accessing this site?. It presently is a Cepacol ad.

I have my volume set on mute. That will work until a better solution surfaces.

Haven't found a way, except just mute the commercial after it starts.

I installed AD BLOCK as a google chrome extension and it took care of it.

Yeah, was meaning with IE I haven't found a fix.

I did the same - just put the volume on mute ---

Our ads aren't supposed to have any sound. Thanks for letting me know there are a few that have slipped through the cracks. I've emailed the admin for the ad network to get those off asap. Sorry about that guys.
