Yep, there will be some job openings in that PD. Being a police academy graduate I can vouch for the fact none of those techniques are justified for a man proned out on the ground.

That punt to the crotch was vicious.

After EIGHT officers are there, one of them actually decides to grab the horse instead of deliver more ground and pound to the man.

The first deputy was some good ground and pound. Will serve him well in MMA as part of his new career.

Every officer who threw a kick or punch should be charged with assault and go to jail. You know, like how a regular person would be charged who isn't held to a higher standard like these officers are.
