Looking Ahead to "hype" of ULL game
I was just looking at the schedule for ULL and they could be possibly bowl eligible coming into the game on 11/28/15. They could be 6-3 and they play USA and New Mexico State before the game with the Mountaineers.
I feel that they will beat both teams and they will use the game with App to enhance their bowl options. They could be looking at a 9-3 season.
Just an opinion, not much else. I felt that we had a strong game coming in with them anyway, we have one of the strongest schedules in the conference this year.
But anyway let's get healthy, let's focus on the Vandals, and let's tune in to watch on ESPN 3 Saturday.

ULL is 4-4 now so the best they can be even if they win out is 8-4.

I just want to get a W at Idaho. I am concerned about that game.

You are right, I was counting a record and typing at the same time. Never the less, the last home game is a good one. One to look forward to and one to send this great group of Seniors out as a winner.

ULL only has 1 conference loss so more could be on the line in the APP/ULL game. Gotta get Idaho first.

In terms of conference standings, probably just playing for a share of second place. But App will still be trying to get to 9 or, hopefully, 10 wins. That's plenty of motivation for me, so I hope the players feel the same way.

No way we need to look ahead now. If we had gotten by Ark St the same mentality needed to be in place. We are now at a point where a couple of league losses could sink us down to 4th. Even with the injury situation we should have enough athletes to get these wins. The old cliche' has never been more true- one game at a time.

We have to get past Idaho. They have a bad record but put points on the board. I really hope our guys get rested and put last week behind them and focus on one game at a time and finish a strong 10-2. Could get us back in close to top25 and against a good team in a bowl. We need a strong finish. No turnovers, stupid penalties and hope the few extra days off get some guys healed up and minds right.
