Someone posted a 4 hour plus video of App State in dynasty mode. I have watched a few minutes and each end zone raises a net for field goals. Did they even visit our campus for a mistake of this magnitude? With stuff like this can I trust anything about this game?

Real second rate stuff here. I am sure that have this correct for LSU.
I would be disappointed in that but it has been a decade for the game in general and we have never been in the game. If our uniforms and stadium are somewhat accurate, game play is good, it has our fight song, and dynasty and recruiting are good then I won't complain. From what I hear that is the case. I do look forward to playing it.
I was being sarcastic but have already used the Simpsons clip so I can’t use that again. Stadium looks good actually.

Though with a generic stadium and not a conference App State has been in previous editions.

I thought so but was not totally sure because I have seen some complaints on social media and I do know many fans wanted to see exact for their schools. I know people have been able to create App and the people who updated NCAA14 would put App in since we moved up but EA has not put App State in before so this is a first. We have never had our stadium in there and until now it just is not the same.

I appreciate the work EA has done. They said they approached this that every school is someone's favorite and they gave everyone some love. It will be interesting to see how many copies this game sells.

The 4 hour video is for reals and something I did not post to youtube. I clearly did not watch the entire 4 hours but I did watch about 5 minutes and after a score there are nets that go up in the air. In the case of KBS there are no poles to support the net so there is some weird physics at play there. I was just joking around as I am sure the net is a set piece for every stadium regardless of the status of a net or net behind the field goal. (You know if I have to explain the joke it is not funny anymore.)

In the video the stadium looks great and clearly KBS and the nets are an extremely minor thing not worth a complaint.

Now I am expecting the see the leaves change color as the season moves into fall or I will be lodging a complaint. Informally at first and by affidavit later.

When did they scan the stadium? Bowie Hall can be seen at some angles. Which is pretty amazing in its own way.

I do not play video games. I have watched various videos put out related to the game. The graphics appear to be awesome. If I were to ever begin to play, this game would be the type of thing to lure me into playing.

More gripes about the game: If you look down the tunnels that lead to the concession area they have doors at the end of the tunnel. To quote GOB, "Come on!"

I have seen the game and did not look that close. We have not had the game in a decade so I am not going to nitpick quite this much. lol

I thought our overall presentation is good. The announcers call us the giant killers and uniforms look good. I am sure they will clean up some of that stuff next year. They have had some patches to help fix some things. They should have had this stuff tested a little more but it has been a decade and at least they are listening to fans to make those patches.

So in Dynasty mode I am App St coach. I am hosting the SB championship game and they have a bit of snow in Boone. Nice touch. Even nicer the players leave footprints on the ground with every step on the snow. However the sidelines and cheerleaders do not show this.

What kind of crazy physics is happening inside the game where the players clearly demonstrate regelation yet other do not. Come on EA sports, do better. I can't get past this fantasy world that has been created.

Also if you look behind the west stands there are some trees and a person in the distance. I assume this is a nod to Eustace Conway IV.

It is interesting when things like that happens but little glitches like that pop up for every team. Just be glad we are in it and enjoy playing it. How many national titles have you won with App so far?

I am just messing around will all the comments that I have been making about things that are of no importance. And I will likely make more. Just ignore me on that.

I won year 1 and clicked a button and took a job at Louisville by accident so I started over and getting ready to win again. I played year one in the easy mode just to learn the game some. I was offered a job at ECU and that was listed as a "Downgrade" so on point with that. I need to jack up the difficulty level a bit, but doubt I ever play at Heisman level.

On All-American, finished year one 9-4 with a bowl win over WKU. Year two has been weird. Blown out by Charlotte, beat NCSU at home, beat Toledo at home in OT.

Passing is super difficult for me in this game. I have to run RPO 90% of the time to get the ball moving. I haven't gone a game without throwing at least one pick, many games have had 2 or more.

Recruiting I tried to be somewhat realistic. Targeted mainly 2-stars with a couple of 3-stars. Most interest was from 1 and 2 stars. In year two, I have 15 3-stars with App as their top-3 choice at the start of the season. The game definitely assists in future success with recruiting.

If you spend all your coaching credits on recruiting, it becomes easy to get 4-5 star recruits after 2-3 seasons. I play on varsity difficulty, I think. Whatever the basic, not-easy mode is. It seems like the game almost makes you lose one game a year. I lost to Charlotte after beating ECU and NC State by 21 or more points. Somehow Charlotte becomes an offensive juggernaut in 3 years, and my 84 grade defense couldn't do anything about it. lol

Are you guys simulating all your games? I have gone undefeated. Charlotte is not a powerhouse on mine but Louisiana, JMU, Memphis, Boise State, Ohio, Toledo, UTSA, Tulane, Rice, Miami Ohio, and FAU have popped up the most among G5 schools ranked. One trick to help you build up stadium ranking is to schedule ranked teams for OOC at home. Beating ranked teams at home helps your program tradition, it is easier to do because you are at home, and your home stadium ranking will move into the top 25 toughest to play.

I sim defense but play offense. That's mainly for time purposes, as I don't have 4 hour blocks to play like I used to 15 years ago. I play 8 minute quarters with 20 second clock runoff. Between that and recruiting one week can take me nearly an hour to get through.
