He had substantially similar stats with App in his first year. It isn't like we all didn't know that he could ball out, now the rest of the world is finding that out.

Yes, but think even many of us did not know how good he would be playing Power schools each week. So far, he has exceeded all expectations.

I think we all figured he would be improved with better coaching but he certainly has done even better than anyone could expect. I figured he would struggle a little early and by November would be good. Their offense is so stacked that he is probably just the 5th best players on that side of the ball. Between RBs Desean Bishop and Star Thomas, WRs Chris Brazzell, Mike Matthews, and Braylon Staley, and TE Miles Kitselman they have a lot of weapons for Joey to use. It would not shock me if there are 3-4 top 50 picks on their offense.

Better receivers probably make it easier being quarterback. Dropped balls can make a quarterback and a team look pretty bad.
